Dear Daniel Jackson,
This issue is experienced on both Word 2013 and Excel 2013 documents. Although I tried to upload by moving the file that is trying to sync out of SkyDrive to the desktop, and subsequently SkyDrive changes to the status SkyDrive upwards-to-appointment, I moved the files back to SkyDrive folders. But it all the same says "Upload Failed, Sign in required".
PDF & Notepad files tin can be uploaded perfectly.
Kindly help united states of america to solve the issue as soon as possible.

I have Word 2013 - I have over 3000 documents - Recently, something on Microsoft stop changed - At present all the documents when I open gives the post-obit bulletin.

well, 8 months later, and Onedrive is still an IMMATURE system. I loaded 500gig final nighttime dragging folders from ane WIN Explorer window to another WIN Explorer window, and now it gives an error message (way way at the lesser of the Win Explorer frame) saying "21 files non loaded" considering of xyz. So what would whatever customer desire at this indicate? A DUH. PLease listing the 21 files that failed...right?
Merely NO. I take looked in the onedrive.com app, website and in file explorer on the my desktop...and there is no list of WHICH 21 files failed.
My gosh....such an IMMATURE system. I am going back to my erstwhile style to doing business....watch my ain back....exercise my own syncing and backups.

It seems as if I am working for Microsoft trying to solve their bug. SkyDrive/Onedrive has become a nightmare. Sometimes information technology saves the file but the other times it fails to upload. I have my work home but cannot admission the files that I modified at work since they are not available since the new updated file never uploaded. AND Nosotros ARE PAYING FOR THIS !!!!!
I judge the only thing left is to detect out how amazon or icloud work with MS. I have lived with this SkyDrive nightmare for quite one-time now. I would dear to back up MS products, but it has to a two way street.

To add to this rant, nosotros 365 users. We RELY on the sync. Every 3 months or and so they update something, push out something, change something, and it blows up the sync. I know one thousand times more how to get these sync issued resolved than my It help desk, they just don't take the fourth dimension to deal with information technology, and every time we practice a call with support on MS information technology ends in deleting and starting over!

I am using up to appointment Office 2013 Desktop Apps on Windows 10 with Office 365 Business Premium.

I demand to go work done for my own business then I really consider switching back to Google Bulldoze and spend my difficult earned money to a working organization such as Google Drive.
Additionally I should say I am a software developer working with the microsoft stack, wherefore I switched with all of my devices and software to microsoft. But these issues let me feel resentment towards microsoft products....

I have Office 365 for business and apply OneDrive for business to go along my office and home PC in sync. At least that was the plan. On the initial setup all files were in sync. Three months later, I experience the post-obit issues:
- More and more files have that annoying red 10.
- Word docs, without any unusual characters in the file proper name, message UPLOAD FAILED. Trying once again afterwards never works.
- At the same fourth dimension, Upload Heart says there are no files awaiting upload.
- Right at present, the OneDrive icon says there are 59 files syncing... but they never exercise actually sync.
- The repair tool doesn't fix annihilation.
- I take reinstalled Office 365 hoping that will bring some kind of update to fix the problem. No luck with this either.
At this bespeak, I have concluded that OneDrive for Business is a kludge. I programme on testing DropBox and if it goes well, I will drib the MS product.

yup, this is a mess.
i. The only files that experience these upload problems to OneDrive are Microsoft files! What's that nigh?
2. I get an alert on the task bar that directs me to some of the failed updates. Sometimes I can fix the trouble by reloading, sometimes not.
3. Still unresolved issues may exist. The only place I can see this is when I do a Salvage Equally on another file, and a lilliputian red X marks the unresolved file.
iv. With the preview pane on in File Explorer, if I select an older file in doc rather than docx format, it immediately gives me a sync error, even though I haven't opened and changed the file.
five. This happens with all Part files I typically work in (word, excel, powerpoint). Once more, only office files, everything else - jpeg, tif, pdf, dwg, etc. - has no issue.
A probably related issue: I accept at present turned off the preview pane because I get a significant system hang on role files. This started with the most recent update to Office. The preview pane is a actually useful tool for finding things, but I tin't afford to walk away from my computer for 5 minutes for it to resolve itself all the time - maybe I should take up concatenation smoking to have something to do with my fourth dimension while i'm waiting.
